Our approach
Protecting Learning and Safety
in the Face of Adversity
As instability in Myanmar continues to drag on, countless children have lost access to education and carry deep emotional wounds.
GOJOplus is preparing multifaceted, education-centered support to help the children and young people of Myanmar rebuild their own futures. Working hand in hand with local partners, we are exploring new forms of mutual aid that transcend borders and circumstances — where supporting and being supported flow naturally in both directions.
Main program
(Planned)

Psychosocial Care and Trauma-Informed Support
We design learning environments that prioritize emotional wellbeing, giving children who have experienced conflict and displacement a safe space to learn and rediscover themselves.
Going beyond academic learning, we weave trauma-informed care into everyday play and dialogue, nurturing the resilience children need to face whatever comes their way.

School Support and Continuity of Learning
To prevent children from falling out of education entirely, we work to improve access to existing schools and create alternative learning opportunities where needed.
By supporting local educators, we work alongside communities to build systems that allow children to continue receiving quality education — no matter what circumstances they face.

Bridging to Livelihood and Employment Support
(Livelihood & Skills)
We believe education should connect directly to the ability to build a life. With that in mind, we look beyond basic schooling toward support that helps people develop the skills and opportunities needed to earn a sustainable livelihood.
